I propose that the two main screens for work order processing become combined into one as much of the information is shared between them, but each has a different permission that becomes confusing when trying to close work orders. Advisors often get frustrated when adjusting their work orders in one screen, only to find out it had to be changed in the other. This includes changing the work order line from Customer Pay to Warranty or Internal, Labor adjustments, finding technician notes, adding lines to the order, etc.
