Dealership users have requested a feature in the Communicator application that would show if a message was sent to a different email address or SMS number than what is registered in the customer's profile within the Quorum DMS. This addition would enable users to inform the customer about the message's delivery location if they doubt whether it was truly sent to them. By implementing this feature, verifying message delivery would become simpler for the dealership users.
