Service Quote Parts; Add Flag for 'Print Retail Prices'

The "Default flag of Print Retail Prices for WO Parts Sales Cust Inv" won't apply when parts added Service Quote, however does when parts added to w/orders. Would like this flag to apply to service quotes as well. This flag is found in the Service area of the SCT.
