Department Based Scheduling Restrictions

It would be helpful to have the ability to apply scheduling restrictions within the system based on department to prevent overbooking.

For example, we limit diesel vehicle appointments to a minimum two week out booking. Similarly, the trim department may require a one month, and the transmission department may need a three week buffer.

Just as we currently use opcode controls to manage appointment capacity, introducing department level scheduling restrictions would provide another layer of control to ensure proper shop management.
