Currently, if a customer Opts of SMS by replying STOP, Texting is Turned OFF, and the SMS bubble on the customer profile changes from Blue to Grey with the hover over wording "Send Opt In"
However, if you click the Send Opt in, you get this error:
If you then go into the info popup and try to turn on Texting manually, you get this error:
The issue is, since the customer explicitly replied STOP, the only way for them to re-subscribe is to type START. You cannot opt them in by sending another message. However, this is not clear from the current process.
Suggestion:
When Texting is OFF due to an explicit consumer request (STOP received), the SMS bubble should be red with a hover over message like "Consumer must text START to opt back in for SMS as they previously opted out using STOP"
