Pop Up for Urgent Notes Merged

We have added a critical memo in PBS for a client which translated to DealerMine as an urgent note. While that is great, we are looking for a more attention-grabbing message. For example, in PBS when we pull up a customer’s profile and there is a critical memo attached, that memo pops up on our screen before we even enter the profile.

This is important so we don’t look over the notes and it becomes a clear message for whoever is accessing the account. It's vital for us to convey this message to whoever accesses this customers profile on Dealermine.
