Fetch Last Modified Date to be RED if less than today

To help guide the end user in creating accurate Fetch campaigns, we need to colour the last modified date in red if less than today. This will prevent users from sending campaigns to customers who may not qualify anymore based on some type of activity since the last modified date.

To fix the problem of queries containing inaccurate data, we want to encourage the user to SAVE to refresh the query data.

Show statement on screen in place of modified date, in BOLD RED “This query data was last updated on DATE. Please click SAVE to refresh your query with the most recent data.”

Once refreshed, screen should go back to normal (as it currently is with modified date in black)
