Call Select: Restrict How Many Calls Are Pulled

I would like to see a feature added that would allow a manager to restrict how many calls can be extracted from the call selection buckets by an operator - i.e. 5-14 month calls - limit "xxx" calls extracted at one time by a particular operator. Once done those calls they could reload another "xxx" calls.
