The current .ics attachment blocks a 1/2 hour slot in the recipient's calendar and simply says 'Service Appointment for <vehicle>'. We have run into numerous complaints from customers who believe the time showing blocked off in the calendar is the actual duration of their appointment, as well as there have been discrepancies in the appointment time in the .ics attachment vs the actual appointment time booked. If we were able to customize the messaging in the .ics card, we could state that the duration shown is merely a place marker in their calendar for the appointment, to check their Outlook time zone settings if the time displayed appears incorrect, etc.
