On the Services part of OLS it says “If you have any other service needs or comments, please enter them here” – can this be changed to “If the maintenance service you require is not listed or if you have additional service needs or comments, please enter them here.”
On the Appt part of OLS – you show a drop down for an advisor selection but there is nothing indicating what you are doing instead the drop down just says “No Preference” and there is nothing indicating what you are choosing from that drop down.
Could you label – “Please choose an advisor to work with or select no preference”?
Could you replace the default “No Preference” in this drop down with something that says choose the service advisor that would like to see and then they have the names and no preference as options?
