I would like to add an option for texts. If a customer replies with a key word (example Yes or No) an automated text can go out sending the specific message.
As an example, we are currently sending out batch CSI text messages. I want the customer to be able to reply yes or no to the question that they were completely satisfied and for an automated response to go out based on the reply
