PBS Integration: Ability to Pull OpCode Flat Hours

Currently, DealerMine pulls "Time Allowed" to display the hours for an Opcode booked in PBS. There is also a "Flat Hours" field that can be leveraged, which would be preferable for our store. Please add this integration
