OLS: Ability To Control Days Offered

I would like the ability to block off Monday appointments for a location when a customer books on a Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday. So if they booked Friday night after closing, Saturday or Sunday it wouldn't present any appointments before Tuesday morning. As they have to manually confirm the appt and push the eService into the DMS. Since the BDC does not work after hours or on weekend no one are getting these requested until the customers are there Monday morning.
