Force Store/Branch Selection When Adding Customer/Vehicle

Please have the store and branch fields default to a blank line when adding a new customer or vehicle which forces the user to select the proper store and branch from the drop down box, avoiding errors of having VINs and appts booked in the wrong store/branch because they forget to select the correct one.
