For QuorumDMS customers, we would like to update the integration so we can pull in RO's that have status = Appointment. This will ensure the schedule is more accurate as it will reflect RO's that have been carried over to another day.
Where Work Order Status = Appointment, please treat this RO as an appt on the appt schedule in DealerMine and the customer profile etc...
There is also a date and time field within the RO called "Appoint", this will indicate new/updated date/time that has been set on this RO that we can leverage so we know where to place it on the schedule.
Once the RO status has been changed to anything other than Appointment, we would simply treat is as we already do based on the status.
These "Appointments" should not be able to be edited within DM, since they are in fact an RO. If a user tries to "edit Appointment" they should get an error message to the effect "This appointment cannot be edited within DealerMine as it is a work order that has been carried over. This will need to be managed directly in Quorum DMS"

Having DealerMine recognize work orders that have been converted to appointments is absolutely necessary to prevent overbooking.
This would also be helpful for our OLS customers as the appointment schedule will not be up to date.
