In order to use letters you have to link the letter to each individual user.
I have 10 to 15 letters per dealership and in order for a user to have access to them I have to link each one individually to each user.
When that user goes to send a letter, they have to sort through the hundreds of letters linked to them rather than only seeing ones applicable to that store.
Please create a letter area similar to your Email and Texting templates that allow the letters available to be sorted by store and work the same as email templates.
