Cancellation List

I would like an option added in DealerMine for a cancellation list. Say if a customer had an appointment and was not able to make the appointment, that the next customer in line would present to the rep to call that customers For example John cancelled his appointment, the next person that wishes to book between (Dec 7th to Dec 31st), would prompt to the user to call the customer on the list to advise there is availability.
