It would be so useful if we could send a fetch automation to the call select screen or the work plan. For example, if I want salespeople to call customers on their birthday I can create a fetch automation, but it will only work for email, text or voice drop not for the work plan. Currently I can only create a fetch for the birthday month and send to the workplan or I would have to create a daily fetch.
This would be extremely helpful for multiple reasons.
