Customize Confirm Bucket

Is it possible to update the call select ‘Confirm Appts’ ‘Level 1’ bucket at the store and branch level so that it only includes appointments where there is no email on file? I ask as some of our OEMs have mandated that we use XTIME scheduler to book appointments and XTIME automates a confirmation email 48hrs in advance of the appointment.
