There is no way of know what vehicle has the booked appt on outside of clicking on each vehicle to see the Open Appt Icon. If you go to the Search screen and search out the customer you can see there is a Appt Icon indicating there is an appt on the file. This is especially a problem for fleet files iwth lots of VINs. Should be an icon next to the VIN indicating open appt
