Drop Down Tab on Send Email Screen Filled with Co-worker Emails

I would like an option to be added to select other co-workers from a drop down list from "Send Email Screen".

It would be very convenient to have a dropdown in the "TO" field where pre-filled emails or commonly used emails can be selected from rather than always having to find, copy and paste co-workers emails when I want to forward them an email.
