please add the ability to limit opcodes by hour rather than how it's currently set up in Shop hours --> opcode control. Currently you can limit a maintenance group by day breaking it down to morning, afternoon or evening but we don't have the ability to restrict them by hour.
Dealer 1 asked that oil changes be reduced to one per hour. (In order to do this we had to move from booking by shop to booking by team in order to put in a specific oil change lane to accommodate this request). They also wanted to restrict certain recalls to one per hour, but we were unable to do this unless we added an additional column in the appointment schedule for every recall that they wanted restriction by hour and added an Advisor to each recall team for a workaround.
Dealer 2 has certain recalls they wanted to restrict to only being able to book at certain times of the day, ie before 10AM. This is usually for recalls where they have to allow sufficient time for glue or paint to dry so they want the vehicle to be booked first thing in the morning. When I restrict the recall to morning only it allows the BDC to be able to book any time before lunch and not necessarily to the restricted times.
Dealer 3 & 4 asked to restrict recalls and tire swaps to so many per hour.
This could be done in OpCode control by changing the morning, afternoon, evening function to simply lay out each hour they are open.
