I would like the lost sales report to also include technicians / I need visibility into all touch points with a customer and who is or isn't selling / I like that you added AC to the lost sales report but now I also want to see lost sales by technician / how many vehicles they worked on from appts that were due for maintenance services that were or were not sold after write up / we can see some of this data in the upsell analysis but it does not breakdown the technicians
