I would like the box to be checked off at all times for "Complaint & use DMS default complaint" field on the book appt screen. I would rather have the option to unselect the box instead.
When booking appointments from book appointment screen, go to add lines, operation detail screen, the box is showing unchecked, this should always be checked for the amount of appointments we book.
