OLS/e-Service History

Is there a way that a customers E-Service/OLS history could show? With a tab to show what happened through the process. Just like Web Leads are there?

I am asking for a historical reference tab that contains filters and a calendar option. it could maybe replace the cancelled tab as we could add that as a filter option.
