In our current workflow, we often find ourselves completing an appraisal (setting trade-in values) for a customer on a quote for vehicle A. The customer then wants to get a quote on vehicle B. The only way to add that same trade to the second (or third, fourth, fifth, etc.) quote is to manually re-enter all of the trade data.
It would be ideal if we were able to access any trade data that we entered for a specific customer for a set number of days (maybe 90) after we originally added trade information.
Here's how we might expect this to look:

I'd like to see it so that after I save Quote #1, when I create Quote #2, I see something that looks more along these lines, giving me access to any appraisals I've done in the last 90 days:
And then finally, when I select a recent appraisal, it would simply add all of the details from that appraisal so that I don't need to re-enter them, like so:
