Auto Apply Basic Fleet Rates when selecting Basic Fleet Rebate (GM)

The Basic Fleet Rebate is not compatible with subvented rates. If you apply this rebate to a deal, Desk does not give any indication of the incompatibility and only applies it to the Cash scenario. There is a risk of creating a misquote.

I would like the option to auto apply Bank Rates when a basic fleet rebate has been selected.

Something along these lines:

If the user selects "Apply to Cash Only" the behaviour would be the same as it is today in Desk.

If the user selects "Set Rates to Bank Rates", Desk would apply the Bank Rates for any scenario that that rebate is applicable to (finance or lease):
