Allow salespeople to request changes to deals

I would like a way for a salesperson/BDC user to request a price that requires manager approval.

Currently, I get a message over email or Teams and I go into the deal and make the change, save it, then they can go back in and see the new price.

It would be very convenient if there is a quicker way like getting a notification saying:

Bob Salesguy is requesting changes to deal #33422 (stock #12345):
  - Sales amount changed from $41,865 -> $40,699

            [ Approve ]       [ Deny ]

If I were to approve the changes, the deal would be updated. If I reject the changes, the original pricing remains intact.
