Amortization schedule in Desk

In discussing finance vs lease, I sometimes finds customers saying "okay so on a lease I would owe $x after y months. What would I owe on a z month finance deal after y months?".

Essentially, customers are trying to estimate what kind of trade value and balance owing they can expect at a given time to weigh their options. If Autovance had an amortization schedule available, that would allow me to easily answer these questions for my customers.
