The "Sales Manager" field in Autovance today is actually a list of all users with Autovance access at that store, and the "Salesperson" field is either a free-form text field, or a dealership-managed list of users.
In both cases, it gets tedious needing to adjust these fields on every single deal.
This idea is to create defaults for these fields. Users would be able to configure who the default salesperson and sales manager is on all of their deals.
Lets get on this and make it happen. seems silly i can dial in the sales team and list them - but the manager role is a free for all.
I agree it is tedious. Currently we are able to change/edit the sales person list. But the sales manager list populates all users. That is all backwards and needs to be cleaned up and made efficient....
