Change presentation of BC luxury tax

BC luxury tax applies to GST when you hit the 15/20% PST tiers. Autovance handles this by modifying the GST% itself (e.g. on a 20% luxury tax deal, we show 20% PST and 6% GST). In other words, Autovance inflates the GST value (incorrect) and shows the actual percentage tax reflected in the dollar value shown.

Dealers have reported that this is confusing and hard to explain to customers. Instead, it's preferable to display it this way.
