I need our orders to transmit in numerical sequence Quorum Note; Currently, orders are submitted to the manufacture in the sequence in which the parts are added to the order

Add Sort order for part sales.

It would be helpful if we could change/move the tabs in a part sale. For example if we didn't want cost to show up on the screen we could move that tab over.

Have a memo or VIN line per part on an IO

Hyundai now requires a VIN to be entered for all DEO or daily orders. It would be very helpful if the VIN was displayed on the IO screen OR a "memo" section per line so we can write the vin in. Currently the only spot to put it is in the Reference...

Variance Report for Inventory

On every other DMS system, there is a report you can run at the end of the inventory count process to put all your changes in count for verification. Quorum should have something like this rather that forcing dealerships to go through count sheets...

Add System Control Maintenance flag to set Time /Date frame for Lost Sales totals as found on the Inventory profile

In the inventory profile, there is a lost sales count which is cumulative. Each time a lost sale is recorded, this count will increase. There is no way to reset this value. The request is to set a Time/Date frame for which this value will continue...

Adding control# or OEM# to the inventory receiving window would assist finding the GM created RIM order # when sorting though multiple orders for the same part#

Report to show when the 'System Parts Conversion' trans type was used

Looking for a report that will show when the System Parts Conversion Trans Type was used on adjustments. Since this trans type doesnt post, it wont show on the Account Activity Report

Service Quotes allow time limit management (valid for 30 days, etc) Parts pricing volatility requires a similar ability to quote parts with a "Valid for "X" days" limit.

transfer parts quote to work orders

this would be a benefit because of special pricing that was given on quote and make sure no part numbers get missed etc etc.
