Add System Control Maintenance flag to set Time /Date frame for Lost Sales totals as found on the Inventory profile

In the inventory profile, there is a lost sales count which is cumulative. Each time a lost sale is recorded, this count will increase. There is no way to reset this value. The request is to set a Time/Date frame for which this value will continue to increase, and once that time frame is reached, the value will reset back to 0
