Allow one-time associate for cheque

I should be able to write a cheque to a one time payee and not have them be in the books forever. Why do we have to add someone in as an associate to cut a one time cheque?

Possibly have a spot to click that says 'one time user'. This would quicken the time to write a one-off cheque.
