Add Service 'Quote' Button to the Work Order Part Sales Window

I would to have the quote button added to the parts window in a work order. At the moment we have to go under Labor Operations or Service History to access the quote. As the parts department, we don't go under Labor Operations or Service History often, so having the quote button on the Parts Window would show the parts department that there's a quote in the system
