Our sales staff typically enter customers into Sales Planner and then create a deal in Autovance directly from Sales Planner.
When opening Autovance, users are notified if the vehicle on the deal may already be pending a sale. This allows staff to engage the customer and check whether they want to look at other vehicles instead.
I would like Sales Planner to show a similar warning before creating the deal in Autovance. If I try and create a deal with a vehicle that is pending sale, I want a prompt to notify me of this. Ideally, it would then let me either go ahead and create the deal anyway, or cancel and look for a different vehicle instead.
