The Addition of the Charge out and tech rates to the Service Quotes will allow us to assign a different rate to the quoted case, and the selected rate will then pull over to the work order when the quote is sold. Currently, only the default door rate will pull into the quote, but items like diesel/electrical repairs are charged at a higher rate so it would be beneficial if we could select the rate type directly from the Quote
