When sending Communicator messages directly from a transaction in QDMS (a work order, service quote, service appointment, etc.), a new conversation is started that is specific to the transaction.
As you can see above, messages to the same customer are split into different categories depending on where the message was sent from.
Going between all of these conversations to find a specific message is time consuming and tedious. I would like some way to see all communication with a given customer in a single conversation.
