Assign vehicles to staff members

Allows dealers to assign vehicles to staff members. Create an associate drop down on the vehicle window. Adding this drop down would allow for reporting on the assigned vehicles by user. This functionality would allow a PDF document to be created through the CNTL Z function, or an export to excel would be ideal. This approach of assigning vehicles is an alternative to the tradition prospect assignment style.
