When you close a prospect, if there is an appointment that is still open you should receive a pop up asking if the appointment was a show or no show. Once the prospect is closed, even reopening it doesn't allow the rep to go back and update the appt status. If a prospect is sold it automatically updates the appointment to a show. However it wasn't taken into consideration when you close a prospect. No having this taken into consideration removes accuracy in all data
