When an appointment is converted to a work order from the calendar it disappears. This creates the impression that there is no appointment and time available for that slot in the calendar. When a work order is created make the appointment grey out and add the work order number created into the box. The function to search for converted appointments is available in list view ands when opened shows the converted appointment. This view should show in the calendar as well as a "used" appointment for visibility of BDC and Service Advisors. This functionality would benefit all DMS users.
