Communicator Notes/Flags on QLeads

Looking to have an option to make a "note" within the Sales Planner Communicator Chat. Similar to when a Phone Number is given and we are able to mark "Contact made" and then type a few notes. We have an alarming amount of Sales Planner Qlead replies that never get "opened" and customers complain they never received a response from us. This forces our hand to reply through our normal email system. While not ideal, adding the option to select a "Made Contact" note would at least help
