Add an additional Display Status filter to the Special Order List to show only parts that are Ordered or Received

Update Special Orders window with an additional display status, In progress. That will only show ordered and received. Currently the not sold status also includes notified. An additional display status to only show ordered/received would be beneficial to distinguish between customer that have been notified and those that still require contact.
