Would like the Management Signature, Date/Time Added, and Added operation fields that currently print on the Work Order Tech Copy to Print on the Warranty Copy

Dealer is requesting modifications to the warranty copy of the work order to include a area for Management Signature, Date/Time Added, and Added operation. These fields currently print on the technician copy, so the request is to add them to the warranty copy aswell. Example of these field can be seen on the tech copy below
