Add ability to search Customer Prospect by phone #

It would be a lot easier if you could search in the Customer Prospect screen for a phone # instead of just a name. We are finding we search in associate to find the customer name and correct spelling and then go to customer prospects. We try to keep our customers with the same sales person so when a customer calls , Reception has to figure out who they spoke to previously. It is very time consuming when you have a customer on the line.
