Hours for flat rate techs to stop totaling when the case status is changed.

When one tech clocks on a case in a work order in XSellerator and then another tech is added after the fact it will move all the time to the last tech added. For example if case has 1.0 rec hours and the first tech has .5 when the second tech is added it will zero out the first tech and add all the time to the last tech punch. I would like the hours for flat rate techs to stop totaling on the bottom when the case status is changed.
