Enhancing Web Access for Multi-Rooftop/Database Dealers: In the case of dealerships with multiple rooftops (RTs) operating on the same database or dealer groups where users frequently switch between stores or hold directorial roles, it becomes necessary for these users to have access to multiple cloud accounts in order to utilize web applications effectively. However, this poses challenges for users who frequently move between RTs or databases, particularly when using web apps such as Communicator and the QTemplate Editor. This issue is further compounded in dealer groups where a single CRM person is responsible or when BDC employees are consistently associated with only one RT, resulting in difficulties in sending Communicator messages or editing templates.
