Would like a SCT field for "Maximum Labour Discount

Would like a SCT field for "Maximum Labour Discount" and "Maximum labour Discount Override Password". This will mimic the Parts Discount and password that already exists, and would be used when entering a a Labour discount in the Service info tab of a work order
