Enhancement for Customer Summary Window - Message Preference: Is it feasible to implement a mechanism that alerts the employee when they attempt to communicate with a customer who does not have configured message preferences? Presently, when the employee types and sends a message, they remain oblivious to the fact that the message did not reach the intended recipient due to the absence of message preferences. While we don't necessarily need to replicate the previous Communicator window's restriction of prohibiting message input when no message preference is set, it would be advantageous to display a prominent notification that explicitly informs the employee about the absence of message preferences for the customer they are attempting to contact.
