In order to enhance efficiency in the parts department and streamline operations, it would be beneficial if the Communicator Parts Request, which outlines the billed parts when a Service Quote is merged to a Work Order, also includes the name of the technician. This way, when service advisors sell parts based on a service quote in a work order, we won't have to search for the specific work order to determine the technician's name before delivering the parts. Including the technician's name in the Communicator Parts Request directly would save us time and make the process faster.
